    All products are custom made, as ordered. Due to each item being made upon request, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. Please reach out if you are unsure of sizing or have other questions regarding a product that you are unable to find in the product listing. 

    Each product is inspected by Thistle & Thornes upon receipt, before printing. If there is a product defect that was missed prior to printing, please reach out directly within 48 hours of receiving your order to have a replacement issued. 

  • Please note that every product is made to order. I hate outstanding orders as much as you hate waiting and will do my best to get you your products as quickly as possible. Certain items take longer to receive and print. Due to this, you can expect your order within 14-21 days.
